The brief: Wild, organic, and effortlessly lush. We want the table to feel like a slice of an overgrown, late-summer meadow has been brought indoors. It needs to contrast beautifully with the raw, industrial textures of the venue (concrete, exposed ducts, and massive glass windows) by feeling soft, romantic, and deeply textured. Because this is for a chef’s long dinner, the arrangement should feel artisanal, curated, and deeply connected to nature just like the food.
